    6 eggs in the morning, peanut butter sandwiches mid morning,
    chicken breast at lunch,
    peanut butter sandwiches again,
    6 eggs for diner, chicken before bed, add some milk when you want....

    Oh, you know. Just take some steroids and you'll magically throw on around 30# of rock hard muscle in a couple weeks.
