Arimidex help?

Hey guys, so I have a quick rookie question. I am getting everything ready to do my cycle, arimidex came in 1 mg pills. I am going to take .25 eod, just wondering how I would go about that now. Open the pills and split the powder into 1/4's? Take one pill a week? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, I have just never came into this problem before.

Hmm only way I could think is bust them apart and split it into 4 equal parts. Just not sure how you'd store it after.

Bahah yeah my first thought as well! Hopefully someone with experience in this matter answers. Until then I think I might just open them up and divide them in half and take half of a capsule every three days.

Yes. Get some empty capsules or use existing ones. Split in half. Take .5mg E3D. A little more than I'd recommend unless you think you can divide everything in quarters and dose EOD.

you can empty the capsule into a measured amount of liquid, then take 1/4 of that liquid for each dose. room temp or warm liquid helps dissolve so i would use green tea, 4 shots worth in a mix bottle, add capsule, dose 1 shot and store remainder in fridge.

Thanks man that sounds like the easiest so far, I just wasn't sure if it would dissolve equally and if you were able to drink it like that.

Yeah bro make sure you dont take too much,

I took 0.5 mg for the same reason (Thought to myself whats the worst that could happen if I take 0.5 instead of 0.25 to start)

Felt terrible, depressed, tired, down loads of brain fog.

Less is more with AI for sure.
