I'm on TRT and pinned quads 99% of the time for probably 3 years 1x a week. Only recently have I started using glutes, shoulders etc.

Pers...you gotta hit more spots man! 5 cycles-2 short 3 long 80-90% quads. starting to hit scar tissue. Pinning new spots all the time now!

Quad's a pretty big muscle and can take a lot of pins. I've rotated shoulders, chest, quads, glutes, and even the bicep. I don't recommend the bicep. Keep rotating and you'll be a pin cushion evenly distributed.

I don't know if it helps but I push the needle in EXTREMELY slow (Like it takes a full 2 minutes to get 1.25inches in) and I inject EXTREMELY slow (this takes me another 2 minutes for 1.5ml). Additionally, I have a very steady hand.

I just wanna know when I will have to stop being a baby and start pinning my glutes.
I would give it 2 weeks in between shots for same spot or you are asking for sterile abscesses.
I find Glute shots ALLOT much hassle.pain then quads. I swore quad shots off for years untill recently.
and over BOTH those places I would rec DELTS!
there the most easy place to pin I do front and mid delts (I rec mid delt cuzz your new)

I put pin in slow but 2min!?!? wtf 20-30sec is how long i take to put it in, then shooting it about 1-2min.

pin delts, then gluts, then quads...

Would it be bad if I got married just to have someone I can trust pin me? Or is that just another way to prove my dedication......
use mirror for glutes so you can see, stand in front of one.
I would never want some one else to pin me, I rather have the control of whats going on...

I rotated between glutes and quads and developed scar tissue pretty fast, maybe a shaky hand. Now I do pecs, glutes, delts, and quads to spread it out.

Glutes i think are the easiest , i have no fear in a glute as ive never hit anything.. ive also done delts, quads. biceps( very tough and scary but i do it) if you wanna talk about injection site i know some pretty nuts people and are not appearanlty the smartest. im not going to go there cause its a different discussion and im not even going to bring it up on this board as it would be the flame of the century.. ( which i agree) but i witnessed so anywho..

yeah bro start switching it up...... delts are simple glutes you can go in from any angle so what ever you can do to make it simple.

dude i just started doing my own glutes cuz its hard to reach bak there but they are way easier (less chance of pain) than quads! and delts are like nothing. the absolute easiest area in the world!

im gonna consider pecs and lats here soon. i wanna build up my repertoire!

for TRT u gotta go subq love handle! ill never go back!

If you want the most out of your AAS, then glutes should come first.

The bigger pinned muscle groups are, more stable blood levels and hence greater benefit from the juice as this is a scientific fact...

2 minutes to jab? That's crazy IMO , slip it in faster man- then inject slowly... And rotating isn't hard

Can't go wrong w/glutes. Kind of a bitch sometimes but like mentioned, using a mirror is very helpful. Plus the area is so big. Used to be my fav but i kinda abused it and now only use it occasionally when using short esters.

And 2 minutes just to put the needle in is waaaay to long. That would be torture. Once the tips in, just bury it. I'd be more concerned w/slowly depressing the plunger than taking all that time just to put the needle in. But that's just me.

Just load the stuff up and shoot already just about anywhere will do. To much time wasted on pinning and pip blood spurts and redness hot packs and massage.
    Holy Crap Batman!!
