    question - 200ml Cypionate a week for 12 weeks !!

Guys, i have a question for a very good friend of mine who wants to do, what he calls a cycle of 200 ml of Cypionate a week for 12 weeks and stop. ok!! after attempting to talk to him, he is convinced this is going to help him. I am now trying to help by getting more info from you guys on a possible PCT he should be following to not mess himself up. Being on HRT myself for 2 years, i know his brain will shut him down and he may have permanent difficulties...
any idea what he could do as far as PCT? i know that even it is a small amount, after 10 days, he wont be happy.

i would appreciate your input - thanks

A lot more to worry about than just this "cycle". How old is this friend? What's his current testosterone levels? 200ml??? I think you mean 200mg. That's pretty pointless. It's only a TRT dose and unless his natty test is already suppressed, it's not worth it to shut down over 200mg/wk. Is he planning an AI? HCG?

Sounds like a lot more education is required.

i agree - he is 47 - level at 550 - yes 200 mg - yes he is planning amiridex and HCG. i totally agree with you but it is what it is. i would not be here if he was not worth the effort, he's a really great guy but does not seem to understand much. this is why i am here trying to get some answers i could actually show him !!! hey! if there is a way to minimize the damage (although not really worth) it is welcome. thanks. i always wondered if there are some calculation that are made to come up with a PCT.. Just for my education.

Yes, there are some calculations that come into play regarding PCT. Length of cycle, compounds used, dosages, etc.

You're a good friend in trying to help but it would really be better if you asked him to come here and educate himself. You could possibly be relaying a lot of info which might go in one ear and right out the other.

Like MI said, that's a very mild cycle and not really worth it.

If he doesn't like to talk about this stuff he should just come here and do some reading. Basically just agreeing with those above that said the same thing.

Also agree that 200mg/wk is not worth the shut down and PCT that he will need to do.

I am on 200mg/wk as my TRT dose and it helped me in the beginning because my Test levels were in the low 200s, but it won't give anyone great gains.

The shut down over that smidge of test will more likely leave him worse of than he was to start with.

I am curious as to what his goal is. Since 200mgs is about right for TRT, I dont think he will benefit anything worth doing it for 12 weeks personally. Now, if he were just cruising at that dose for an indefinite amount of time, thats a different story all together. I would agree with everyone and see if you cant get him on here. Good luck!

Hey !! thanks to ALL of you guys. you are a great!! i will see him tomorrow and bring him to this very page and we'll see.

@Warmouth - he mentioned this is just to give him a boast, feel better after work and workout and that he does not want to do more then that because he fears for his health.
