New to all of this looking for some guidance to starting a cycle

Hey guys I am a newbie when it comes to all of this stuff and what to take I am currently working in the gym 5x a week doing lifting. I am looking to drop some weight and bulk up and get more muscle mass. I am 6 foot 240 pounds and 28 years old. Could someone enlighten me on what I should do to get started and what I should be doing, thanks.

Step one. Research about your goals. Sounds like you need to cut. No drugs needed yet

Step two . Work out 4 days a week weight training maximum. Also 2-5 days a week cardio

Step three. Make a diet plan. This will probably involve extensive research and take the most time to accomplish because how you eat determines EVERYTHING!

step 4. Ask questions about specific topics on this forum under the appropriate sections ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE READ ALL THE BASICS! Nobody is gonna spoon feed you a plan to achieve your goals..
    However,

Mickey Knoxx will be here shortly to point you to all the best NOOB threads.

Good luck and read read read

That's the attitude that'll get you somewhere!
I'd hit the diet section first if I were you, once you think you've got a solid diet down, post it over there and they guys'll point out what you'd benefit by changing. Tons of great knowledge over there!

I dont know if you're really muscular, or somewhat muscular and somewhat chubby, or just fat, but at 240lbs I'm guessing that the first thing that needs to be addressed is what you eat.

I'd suggest cutting down to, or below, 15% bodyfat naturally before doing AAS.
That way you'll have time to educate yourself on the subject, as well as getting your diet dialed in properly, which will be immensely helpful once you DO decide to start cycling... IF you do decide to start cycling at all that is

    Good luck
