If gaining is the problem UP THOSE CALS HOMEBOY!! 2500 cals a day isnt much man, no wonder your not gaining, try adding 500 cals a day for a few weeks and see how that works, then fine tune it from there. Everyone is different but I would have a hard time maintaining on 2500 cals a day. You might also want to stop by the nutrition forum and talk to some of those guys and gals, some VERY knowledgable people there who can help you nail down the specifics of what will work for you. P.S.-did you mean your doing an HIT program (thats what it looks like)??? cause HRT is something VERRRRRY different. Also you might have to edit the links to other sites, thats a no no if I remember correctly.
