The Brand Name really doesn't matter much. As long as you have the right pin size for your injection sites.

Please don't try to inject with an 18 gauge in your biceps.

23g will be fine for the butt.
25g can be used for site injections. (shoulders, quads, etc, etc..)

Get some 18g to draw as well.

I would go with 20g to draw 18g will tear the rubber up.

Doesn't matter bro. Those are just two different manufactures of syringes. Although you don't want the tuberculin syringes for anabolics. I use 23g 1.5"ers for my glutes as well. 23g 1.0"ers everywhere else.
