    Question Can too much cardio block fat loss?

    I m on a strict Diet of 2600cal a day,
    Im 190cm and been stuck at 99kg for 2weeks now...

    My coach says i dont loose fat fast enough, eventhough i do 1hour cardio
    On an empty stomach every morning 7/7...

    How come i dont drop wheight or fat faster?

    I m curently on tren a and prop...

    Does so much cardio block my progression?

    No mate! Too much cardio wont block fat lost.

    What about your diet?

    Try getting out of routine and look into hiit, also 2600 cals of carbs won't exactly let you lose the bf

    its all in your diet bro something needs to change.Hit the diet section and post your diet with macros.

    What's your macros?? Bodyfat like stem said? I'm 100% sure it's your diet. Lean body mass plays a big role in how many calories you need for maintenance per day. 2600 might be too much especially if you don't have much muscle mass.

    Please give us your complete stats and diet.

    Bf around 13 - 14%

    Macro : fat. 68gr. 13%
    Carbs 174gr. 32%
    Prot. 300gr. 55%

    In builking i m around 5000cal/day without making too much fat and without cardio...

    Your MAINtENANCE calories should be 2700-2800. Your calories at 2600 are too high, as expected.

    Aim for 2200cals with

    275g pro
    165g carbs
    50g fat

    Your calculations above are incorrect in any event. Your fat macro was nearly 25% not 13%.

    My coach said i should drop faster with this amount of cal, so i wasnt looking un the right direction...

    When insulin is down and glucagon up this when we can start to burn our fat for fuel...Glucagon is obviously higher in between meals and fasts but HIGH PROTEIN meal also stimulates Glucagon...

    Maybe try adding a PROTEIN ONLY meal instead of the fasted cardio to stimulate glucagon...

    Hey mates,

    Here s the update of my cutting cycle...
    Curently 94,5 kg at 7-8 % bf
    I m in my last week cutting... Thx to you guys for the great advises!

    I wonder would ostarine and peg-mgf be good
    to run through my pct? I m planning on 4weeks...
