I m on a strict Diet of 2600cal a day,
Im 190cm and been stuck at 99kg for 2weeks now...
My coach says i dont loose fat fast enough, eventhough i do 1hour cardio
On an empty stomach every morning 7/7...
How come i dont drop wheight or fat faster?
I m curently on tren a and prop...
Does so much cardio block my progression?
