Yes I have run it before. I don't know if I'm going to use t4 or not. Hard to get! I used to have a bunch but lost them. I know t4 helps with fat loss while using it. I used it the first time I ran it but really was not looking for fat loss but now I am so might be a good idea if I can get my hands on some.
yeah its a good idea . the combination works well on many levels not just fat loss . best way to look at it is it optimizes the g.h . its relatively easy to get hold of though, im surprised you say that

Well you used to be able to get 1000 pills for like $60 online. I guess I'm not looking in the right place, I'll just ask my guy if he can get me some. Not running anything else, not looking to get big. Did my cycles when I was younger, want something else this time.
you still can ..... yeah same as me . im just running g.h as a base (5i.u e.d) . i think i will bump this up to 7 soon . im just taking a long term approach . i may add things later like a low test cycle . but im quite happy with my results so far and thats just been with g.h (t4 i introduced 3 weeks ago )

So you're hoping to loose 10% bf and maintain the same weight just by using 1-4iu. I think you should get down to an absolute max 15% bf before starting your gh and run it at min 6iu, preferably 8iu. If you're going to be dieting as well then I'd advise a low dose of test to help maintain muscle mass. You need t4 that's no even up for debate, 50-75mcg ed.
If you do the above then I'm sure youll achieve your goal as long as you train hard.

Also if you can get GH and T4 is tough to get then im lost.......
Here is an idea.. Save your money.. Fix up your diet and get down to 10%...Sounds crazy right ? :P
Thx XL, I just came back from the gym and did the actual caliper test and I got 14% BF, last night my friend had one of those scales you step on and then hold the attachement in you hand like a holding a bike and that thing said 20%. Are those accurate cause it seems to be a big difference btw the two tests.

Edit, sorry I didnt see your comment earlier, I dont want to do test with it cause i'm prone to hairloss, acne and dont want to have to mess with my HTPA anymore. From what I understand GH does not mess with your HTPA in that regard.

I just did a search for bf% pics and found a bf% picture thread in the nutrition forum, its a sticky at the top of the page. I would say 14-15% is right on, I dont look like the guy at 20%.
Well today is the big day. Starting off with 1iu, and work my way up like XL said. Ill keep you guys posted on my results. Try go keep a record as the fat falls off!
