Monday chest, tris
Tuesday back, bic
Thursday tris, chest
Friday bic, back
Saturday legs and shoulders

Concentrating on the first muscle each day leaving the second for when the first is exhausted. Once day #2 for the same two muscle groups comes around you can exhaust the first one again trying not to over train the other. Working for now anyway, ill change it up in a few months.
