Been doing research and planning this cycle for a while now. I'm going real easy on the dosing at first to see how it is. I'm planning on taking 2iu 3-4 times a week at first post workout followed my a shake of 25g whey, 30g dextrose, 5-10g creatine monohydrate. Then one hour after my injection I will eat a meal of brown or white rice with talapia chicken or ground turkey (I will vary with meals). I. I will keep caution and make sure my meals are good in macros for the iu's I take. Second meal will be 2 hours after injection and will consist of the same things or something like cooked oats and chobanni yogurt mixed together. I will be starting soon and logging it as I go
