I am 31 years old, 6 foot tall at 194lb with 10% fat. My goal is to cut, get stronger and much more athletic.
I have adopted a specialized training routine for my above mentioned goal, combined with a low carb high protein diet for the past 9 months with relative success. However, I need to push boundaries a bit further.

300mg/week Proptionate inj (8week cycle)
50mg/day Var (3month cycle)
3iu HGH/day (6month cycle)
(Proviron + Anastrozole included as appropriate)
