    What happend if i go on a cut but also stop working out?

    I hurt my shoulder can't lift for a month. Was gonna start cutting tomorrow but does it matter if I cut and not lift or should I wait till I can lift again then cut?

    Which ones better?

    this is the best answer you could have been given... largest muscle group on your body are found on your legs, the more muscle you use, the more calories you burn... makes sense, no?

    stop working out, lose muscle... your weight will definitely go down

    By going on a cut I assume you mean using AAS! I would wait until you can take full advantage of the gym time! In the mean time...cardio, diet and as said...legs man

    you will lose LBM which is not a good thing.

    the amount you lose depends on your current development. the more developed you are, the more you risk losing

    Do not cut without being able to train upper body. I lost a SHIT LOAD ofmuscle doing this.

    And 1 month is nothing for a shoulder injury lol. so prepare yourself mentally .. Work the legs and abs hard.. and eat at maintaince.
