    Hcg

Ok two questions here I think lol.

My fiancé is going to do the hcg diet again, first time she had great results, (I personally don't like the diet, but it's her choice). If she goes through a doc it's almost triple the price then what I have seen I can get through a source. So any feedback on if this is a safe way for her to do it? I have researched doses and know it ranges from 125-200 a day.

And second question would be if I am going to order this for her, pegnyl is pregnyl right? Meaning I could buy extra for myself to run through a cycle?

Actually a third question too, if I buy x amount of vials...what's the shelf life of NON mixed hcg? I won't be starting my cycle until may, she will be doing hers in April.

    Thanks guys.

If she has done it already and worked for her why the research and question on dosage?? Just do the same as before....

Dont be sucked into all that bullshit hype, anyone who goes on that amount of cals will lose weight and muscle tissue. The hcg diet is all marketing and hype and changing your metabolism will be the wortse thing she can do because after it ends she will put the weight back on, thats why she done it before and is doing it again!!

I agree Marcus. But not gonna argue or fight about it with her. I will be monitoring her eating, and get her up to 800-900 cals most of the time. Obviously still not enough. But she had mind set and would rather save her money also. Let me show her these posts and maybe it will help in changing her mind.

And to post number two, her first time was at a doc office. She was given pre-loaded pins, so she was never really sure on doses.

Thanks guys, just trying to make this safe as possible for her.

Bingo! You certainly don't need ANY hCG to lose weight. And to think Physicians are on board with this is alarming.

I have personally witnessed nearly a half dozen ppl who have done this "diet"...not a one kept the weight off! If she is hell bent then just buy her some BS oral HCG and let her run her diet. The outcome will be the same even though the HCG is BS!

And that's exactly what happened to her after the first try. Like I said I'm against it, but feel that I should pick my battles. She will end up going to doc anyways, this way I save her money. Should say us money.

My opinion is to get her the drops. They do not really contain HCG, and if they do, it can not be absorbed by the body. The drops would however contain so herb extracts, vit & minerals that might PROMOTE weight loss.

If that does not work, I have never heard of anyone dying from HCG.

The HCG dose for that "diet" is usually 200-500iu every day for no longer than 28 days. There are some side effects from long term use.

Hcg shelf life in BW if refrigerated usually round 3 months. In dry form, very long. Couple of years is kept in a cool dry place. Got some now which only expired Oct2014. Check BB date.

Seen this first hand with many people..

Had a best friend do this stupid diet lost about 30lb. Started to up cals slowly , finally got to1600 calories and he was adding weight like it was 5k.. He was 200lb on 1600 cals and gained most of it back fast .. He completely ruined his metabolism and put it all back on at the end but also more fat as he lost a crap ton of lean tissue.

Cardio and some adjustments to a diet can do miracles. She does not have to eat 100% clean. Very few people do. For me and what i've seen thats the best way to go.

She actually does 45 mins cardio, 6 times a week, running and or eleptical. Diet is strong when we are going good. We have date night 1-2 times a week though. And splurge pretty good.
