    Question new and need opinions

    I have a pretty decent training plan but seem to have reached the point where im edging towards steroids.

    whats your opinions on this

    10mill teen ace
    10mill prop
    20mill test 400
    20 mill deca 300
    18000 iu hcg
    30 tamoxifen

    over 12 week courses

    Is your diet in check?

    Give splits. How much /wk, how often pinnin what, etc. this is WAY too broad. And if its your first cycle WAY too much

    Welcome. Sounds like extreme over kill to me, this is your first cycle I'm assuming? I'd drop everything but the test pro (or test e if you have it available). What's your current stats if you don't mind me asking.

    What's your entire cycle plan, mg/week and all that fun stuff.
    You'll also want to look into a AI while in cycle.

    Body fat not very good at mo but not sure
    Cycle exp. (none I assume) minimal alots changed since i last had it at 18
    Is your diet in check? yes diets good now as of last week

    im pretty useless with the breakdown of it this is just the stack iv been told by a few people i no, so any advice would be excellent.

    Your diet has only been good for a week.....this is the most important part of gaining muscle. I really think you need to scrap the whole idea until such a time you are truly solid on your diet and not just guessing at what your eating and your training is over the top. Take that time to learn everything you need to know about cycling then you will have real results that will last. And all the crap you heard at the gym is just that crap.

    one compound at a time, and to even consider tren for a first cycle is crazy. start with one thing at a time this way you get a feel of what works and how you do on it. start with test E or test C 500 to 600mg a week split pin every 3.5 days run aromasin and do a decent PCT, clomid/nolva

    everything else sounds on point
