When I'm taking Glut especialy on a diet I notice I dont' feel as sick. I also in general sleep beter. I get about 24 grams in a day through my protein shakes. some L glut some peptides and most glutimic acid. I also up it when i get a cold or the flu along with my zinc.. seams to cut my illness by a fouple days and lets me operate on a semi normal functioning level. wich is nice.. because I'm a big baby when i get sick.
