That's not what i asked you. So have you seen a doctor? Have you had it checked out and CONFIRMED that it is indeed gyno, and if so, IS IT PUBERTY GYNO? There's a reason im asking you this, and its not for the good of MY health, its for the good of YOURS.

Yes the doctor confirmed man. Its from puberty. Here's my story.
I was fat as a kid. When I was little i thought it was just fat or man boobs. My junior year of hs I really started caring about nutrition and training. By my senior year I was around 11% bf and my chest still looked horrific. Now two years later im around 16% bf and obviously its still there. I've had it for years. Thats why im wondering if its even possible to reduce the size of it.

I'm pretty sure that once Gyno is fibrous, it's irreversible without surgery.
