Just wondering when is the best time to start post cycle CLEN....immediately after my last shot or should I want until I start Clomind therapy. Also, can I cut my Nolva dose during PCT from 1ml to .50ml???

I always start my clen when I start my clomid. I also like to run 20mg/ED of nolva 'till the end of my PCT.
