With the Prami, just start with .1 day 1
.2 day 2 for say 2 days
.3 for 2-3 days
up to .5 where you will be good.
Actually thinking about getting some PT-141 and seeing how much trouble I can get into... Don't want to wear the poor guy down to a nub, but it IS for the sake of science, right?
