I've regained most of the strength I had when I was training as 16 year old, god I ate like a pig!
Anyway, I haven't had a log with pictures etc., I keep up the routine, and have a goal, but with the fact that I can only gain 1kg per year, my goal is first going to be fulfilled in 5 years.
I guess I'm taking the fast route, but BMR is just too slow!
