True pharmacy grade Sustanon 250 will always be 250mg/ml
30mg Testosterone Propionate
60mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate
60mg Testosterone Isocaproate
100mg Testosterone Decanoate
This should give you approximately 180-185mg of testosterone per milliliter. Could be a little less...I say approximate because I'm doing the math in my head and I'm not great at doing math in my head, lol!

I did a couple of sus cycles and the blend didn't agree with me. I got a lot of acne. I started Test Cyp and got a lot less acne. They both gave great results.
