    Its true, isn't it? I now love Almond milk, to a degree.

    I use it everything i would normally use milk in. The only difference for me is that i don't drink a glass of it. That's still kinda gross.

    x2. Almond milk has completely replaced dairy milk in my diet. By doing this, I've accomplished 2 things:

    1 - I've considerably reduced my sugar intake, and additionally upped my proteins acquired via 'real food' (i.e. meats & egg whites, to make up for the lost milk protein)

    2 - I've eased my mind with regard to the concern about dairy milk being completely hormonal (estrogen). Whether it has a negative effect on humans is debatable, but I don't need to be worrying about it. Stress and worry = elevated cortisol.
