    Mono is all i use. I but the Vtamin Shoppe's brand. good stuff. I'd use 5gms pre workout but if it bloats you too much, don't. up to you. Watch your sodium. Not table salt, sodium in your food. You probably do already though. Just a friendly reminder.

    For sure my man no doubt.That sodium is a killer.I never touch the salt shaker when I eat out either.Thanks brother
