Either way, ur surplus is too great.... Your going to gain more fat than anything else....

Aim for around a 250 cal surplus, aiming to gain around 2lbs a month....
Well I did a sample diet of exactly 3300 cals for exactly 2 weeks and lost 4 lbs... And wasn't on creatine so not water retention. Also from my 4280 remember I'll also be burning cals with my workouts. So it's realistically probably around 3900-4000.
