    Clen - worth it?

I tried clen in the past and didnt know if i was losing my fat from a simple strict diet. does clen aid in losing more than 2lbs of fat a week? What is the point of these fat loss drugs if you can just simple diet in calorie restriction? I want to lose about 20lbs of fat.

The thing is the more dialed in you are - the more effective clen is. It definitely helps - there is no doubt in my mind. I have lost amazing amounts of BF quickly with keto diet plus clen. Literally astounding results. prob a 25% increase in fat loss due to clen. Possibly more.

maybe i should start back up with 2 week on 2 week off. do you think the keto diet was the cause of the fat loss with clen or any calorie restricted diet would prob yield similar results? i know everyone is diff. im figuring out if the keto works well with clen.

I dont think clen is worth the cardiovascular risks imo. But to each his own.
Learn to eat and do cardio properly so if you lose the weight (clen or no clen) you will keep it off

I believe I lose more fat with diet, cardio, AND clen - than diet and cardio alone. That being said. If you're 25%+ bodyfat, you're never really gonna be able to see the results anyway. I usually wait until I'm down to 12-13%BF or so before I start clen. That's when I really "see" it helping.

Can't wait!!! Been stuck at 12-13% lately. (Used to be 25-30%)
Expecting to try out some clen in a couple weeks, and have been on the keto diet for 3 weeks now.

12% is pretty good on your own. Especially down from where you were. Props in the accomplishment. I would still look at diet and cardio so if and when u use clen you can keep the fat off

What's the point of using clen to get to 9-10% if your going to gain it right back

Definitely not trying to gain it back. I really think I have my body dialed in quite well. Clen just seems like a great supplement to shatter through this plateau that I always seem to experience ~12%. Been 25%+BF my entire life - so no wonder getting to single digit BF is difficult. lol

However...having said this - ECA could probably give results almost as good, with less sides....
    food for thought.

keto works well with me. everyone is different. I am confident clen will magnify the results of any properly set up and adhered to diet plan.

Another reason why it might work well....
A keto diet is high fat & therefore very satiating.
I've heard clen can make you feel hungry - so a keto diet could help pang hunger cravings as well !

    To argue my own point...
This was taken from the "Clenbuterol Handbook"
    (Can't link, under 25 posts)

"Diet: To take full advantage of the stimulatory effects of Clen, carbohydrates must be
included in the diet. Ketogenic diets do not work well in this case."

"Fat loss: The most popular use for Clen, it also increases muscle hardness,
vascularity, strength and size on a caloric deficit. For the most significant
fat loss, Clen can be stacked with T3. Diet: A high protein(1.5g per lb of
bodyweight), moderate carb(0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight), low fat diet(0.25g
per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen."

This makes me question which diet I am going to use. I'll probably still stick with my keto diet, as I'm really liking it. My body puts on fat rather quickly with a moderately high carb diet.

FYI: Clen will deplete you of potassium, and you should also incorporate taurine.

I disagree with that thread. Carbs are essential with t3 and with dnp (which i dont use and never will)...not with clen.

I can go on a clen and semi clean diet and drop from 18 to 12 percent body fat in the matter of a few weeks. Stuff hits me hard. Mind you that I also run around 12 hours a day with a kevlar vest on so my body temp stays up all day. Speaking of this, Im probably the heaviest ive been in 4 years. Time to stop eating grilled cheese with the kids and get ready for summer i guess.

Personally, I only used Clen when I needed to get my BF% into single digits for bodybuilding competitions. It was worth the side effects in those situations but I only need it for a few weeks. I HATE how jittery it makes me feel and I don't sleep very well on it.

What's your beef with T3 Jimmy? I totally get the reason you wouldn't touch the dnp, but t3? Just curious.

I assume it's because T3 can be burn muscle as well as bodyfat - and "serious" bodybuilders never want to lose ANY muscle.
...but I'm sure he has a better answer...

The last time I ran Clen, I took melatonin, benadryl, and Xanax to get 4-5 hours of sleep.. That was with just 60mcg too... I had to dope myself to the gills when I got up to 120mcgs..

But, it did the trick. It cut me up.
