Don't have much fire experience but there is a wash, some track homes and lots of apartments in between us and the fire. And the baseline of the hill of course. I think they said they were going to set some back fires or whatever you call them. RR

As I said, we firefighters are a pretty fucked up bunch sometimes... think about it though, we're the ones who gleefully run into the places people run away from. I think we got a missing chromosome or something...

Hmmm I dunno bro... wouldn't want to make a guess, there are just so many factors to consider plus the wind which is a pretty nasty wildcard. I guess as long as the FD doesn't evacuate you guys there is reasonable hope you are safe.

I guess all I can say in this case is good luck bro. I'm sure my fellow FF's down there are doing everything they can (mother nature is one touch bitch to fight though!)

OK ok ok ok... Muscle Beach I placed 1st and Overall, I placed 2nd in all of Alberta, and 6th in all of Canada. Training for 15 months
