You realize you can eat protein sources that are low in fat such as chicken, 96/4 lean ground beef or fish right? Don't rely on whey as a protein source. You need to be eating whole foods and maybe have 1-2 scoops of whey a day, typically post workout.Originally Posted by RajaSultan
