ok cool, i figured i give it a bottles worth b4 i figured out if i needed to re-up. i hope since its my 1st time {nh} that i will notice some muscle and lifting gains. i can currently bench 185 x10 or 205x4 i want to do 225x10 eventually i hope this gets me closer to my goal because i use to do that with ease when i was 10 years younger with no diet or eating right
