Second Cycle help Test 250

Hi guys, I've been a lurker here for about 2 months and after reading some stickies i decided to make this thread and ask some vets for some advice on my second cycle. I'm 24, but i turn 25 in 2 months, which is when i plan on taking my second cycle. My first cycle i admit was dumb, i was an 18 year old kid looking for short cuts, but probably hurt my body.
For my first cycle, i used:
Test 400 -split into 2x a week (mon. + thursd.)
for 12 weeks.

I didn't use clomid or nolvadex at all for pct, and now im looking to redeem myself by doing my first real cycle.

I was thinking:
Weeks 1-12 Test 250 1x/week
Weeks 14-18 Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10
Open to all information, and i understand if the vets still think im too young, but i heard 25 is the "okay" age to take it.

Why 250mg a week?

That IMHO is plenty for a 25 year old with concerns about his well being at 25 is a perfect age to really screw up your system I am 53 and started Jucing at 24 and had to have Gyno operation when I was 28 due to abuse !

That is about a TRT dose and if determined to abuse that would show results he is probably 1000 free Test right now naturaly ?

I would still read the post in the Hormone Replacement Section and Dose HCG with any AAR to boost Test level and an Ai from the start Adex ,25 mg EOD and check BW at the end of 12 if you are really trying to do in moderation and stay healthy ?

Start at out 250 and you can always go up if you don't get the desired effects.

Don't use 250. You will be disappointed. Use 500 or 400 at bare min. Get an AI and HCG. Do some more research because your numbers are off. Test injected once a week? No AI? No HCG? Where the heck did you get that PCT protocol?? You are not ready for a cycle.
