so, today was back/chest day... i show up and there are some other guys in the gym (i goto these apartments with good equiptment) anyway, i warm up with some dumbell flys and then move on to cable crossovers and the guy before me looked like he was struggling with 60lbs on each side, i step up and do it as a warm up. i felt like i was making fun of him but i really wasnt, o well...
