Just saying hey from Australiafirst post and just letting everyone know of my first cycle due in 2weeks! Wooooo!!
22years young, 96kg (211lbs), 6"2 been training for about 3years now soild! 5-6 times a week depending on work load! Diets not to shabby, eat pretty clean! Still room for improvement on the weekends :/ haha
Can list a diet that im strict to each day if anyones interested?
Main thing i wanted to show obviously being a steroid forum is my cycle i have prepared over the last month including pct!
Running as follows:
Sus 250 - 500mg - mon & thrus - weeks 1-14
Deca 250 - 250mg - mon & thrus - weeks 1-12
40mg dbols for weeks 1-5
Pct: nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Was going to run clomid but just keeping it on the sideline for now!
