By the sticky's method a 10,000iu would get 4ml bac mixed in so then:

10,0000/4 = 2500iu per ml....so our usual dose of 250iu would be .1ml or 10 units.

For your 300iu with that mix: 300/2500 = .12ml(cc) or 12 units

So I mixed it per the sticky (and your comments) last night. How many shots do I get with this new mixing method? I generally do three shots a week. I assume I will still get that out of a month?

If you added 4mL of bacwater to your 10,000 HCG and are pinning 300iu 3 times each week:

10,000/300 = 33 1/3 doses/3 = just slightly over 11 weeks
