Is 1 inch too long for traps. Should I go with 5/8 and are trap injections painful?

25g 1" is what I use, but 5/8 is fine.

There are plenty of other places to pin than your traps, never done them and wouldn't want to. Stick with biceps, triceps, delts, quads, glutes and chest imho
I only use them when I'm running short esters. Rotation, yes. They're very easy to pin, they're right there. Delts are scarred more than I like. So it's pecs, lats and traps mostly for me. I can't keep a steady hand on the glutes or the triceps. Trying to avoid quads now-a-days. (yeah yeah, do a victory dance)
ps. Have you been to the doctor lately? You have some sort of massive growth on your calves.

I've done traps. Not too bad
In all honesty, I have got delts down to a T. Delts dont hurt anymore because I know the sweet spot to pin. Glutes however I can never hit that sweet spot and never steady enough. I usually get pip a couple of days after glute pins that last for about 4 days. Very bothersome when I'm trying to sleep or bend over. I guess I could look into pinning chest too.
wait muscleink pinned traps and that's what messed him up?
1 inch, 25 or 23 g-- not a big deal, I have only done it using test p when I was tired/sore shooting glutes/shoulders/quads
5/8 but calfs are easier if over 1 ml for me
Yeah pin calves C&B
I'm with you on this one!Originally Posted by kelkel
I usually ask Austinite first and then do the opposite of what he recommends for pinning. LolOriginally Posted by Capebuffalo
