I am 18 years old, I work out since my 16' it is about a little more than a year and half.
I've got good results in muscles gain, fat loss, my BF is about 10% and I barely eat junk food(The only supplements I ever took was whey protein, creatine,jack3d and a thermogenyc couple monts ago).
I am thin but my goal is fitness and I wanna get Ripped.
So I wanna ask for advice what is a good cycle in my age and a good PCT of course I dont wanna enjoy too much side effects.
I was thinking about HGH but I've been looking around this forum since I created my account and I saw that is not a good thing on my age bcz I still have natural growth and etc..
If you need pictures or measures to a better advice let me know
