Hey guys/gals I've worked out before but never to an extreme where I used extreme supplements. Used the normal pre-workout, protein shakes, post workout and such. My cousins and stuff do this for pretty much a living back home and wanted to try it out. Can't really ask them for advice for they wouldn't be too happy and most likely not help me so I've decided to go with forums as they look more helpful and supportive. I've already bought Anadrol and want to know how to start using it. I know there are many threads helping out with this specific situation but everyone's is different.
