Honestly I've never juiced before and would appreciate some words of wisdom from you guys.. I've been a competitive athlete in wrestling and boxing since I was a child and a bit of a gym rat. I never saw a need for juice until now, after these last few years of going hard I have seemed to hit my plateau. A few of my friends and training partners back home have been telling me I need to juice up it if I want to get to the next level, after putting in some time and thought I'm agreeing with them. I don't know a lot other than what I've researched online and heard from a few buddies back home who are using gear. So any advice, suggestions, or how to's, from you guys would be much appreciated.
