What's up guys. I have been researching non stop to try and figure this out but everyone has different methods and its just tough to figure out. My current cycle is sus250 at 600mg/week for 14 weeks. Monday is my last injection. I have arimidex 1mg capsules I have been taking one every other day, have plenty left. Also have clomid and erase for test booster. Since clomid raises your natty test do I really need the test booster?

I would get nolva and add it to your clomid!
No booster needed.

I decided to not get the nolva. I wanna try a pct without nolva that's why I'm trying to figure this out. Without the nolva what would you suggest

Not running nolvadex is a bad idea IMHO. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex will make a better recovery so if you add it in 40/40/20/20

I know there are a lot of guys who swear by nolva and always use it. But I'm trying to figure out what would work best with what I have. It takes a while for me to get nolva and clomid bc it comes from the pharmacy and then needs shipped to me and so on

Order your nolvadex from ar-r top right corner of this site. I understand trying to get buy with what you gave but you need to make sure your oct is right. Good luck

Okay well since clomid raises your natty test levels pretty well should I still take my natty test booster?

It won't hurt but it most certainly would not replace the use of a serm during pct

Sure just keep in mind the test booster is mainly a supplement and is not a replacement for the serm. The serms will actually raise lh function and protect the mammary glands reducing the chance of gyno during pct

Sorry that got sent twice. But I'm for sure taking the clomid with it so I should be good. I'm gonna taper the arimidex with the clomid

If you have kept your e in check during the cycle you can discontinue the Adex when you start pct

Right but if you have already been keeping your e in check the exogenous testosterone level will drop and you won't have the excess test to aromatize. If you continue to run Adex more than likely your will crush your estrogen levels. Bloating should not be an issue. You need to let your body's hormones level out

I just started taking the arimidex on Monday, it wasn't readily available for me throughout my cycle so I took the erase pro tb through the cycle since it works good on keeping estrogen low. Not sure if that counts as "keeping my estrogen in check"

Running an AI and a serm at the same time can reduce the effectiveness of the AI by up to 30% run the AI right up to pct or maybe even 1 week into pct and then I would drop it and just continue with the Clomid and nomvadex
