Not really. So long as PDE exists, Cialis will do it's job. if cGMP diminishes, it will become less effective. But that's not our body getting used to the drug, it's other content in our system that could render Cialis ineffective. But it will always block PDE5 so long as it exists.

To me with either the C or the V the effects wind down very quickly with continues use.
