I'd contact customer service as I get my order within a 2-5 day timeframe.
aka "JOB"
Contact them. I have seen this happen and it has often been an issue on the purchase end that needs to be rectified.

Check your email they give you a tracking number. Mine always takes 3-6 days

What did they say when you contacted them? Lots of people in Canada have been complaining about customs. Nothing to do with ARR.
Most people post their interaction with the vendor. What did they tell you?
