She's 45 and in good health. Does cardio at least 5 times a week. Eats right. Her workouts are mostly DB's at her house with several rope contraptions and stuff like that. I started thinking...well I have some Test C and E and I have some Anavar, etc, but thought I should take a step back and see if it seems appropriate for her first.
