I am on 120 mgs per week and still have to donate once every 3 months to keep hematocrit in check. everyone is different, but if I were you i'd just donate anyway, because if your levels get very high then no one will take your blood, and you have to get a script to do it, then they'll list you in the black book which means you will never be able to donate at that company. besides its good to donate, helps you and others!
