I have pinned myself, shoulders and quads but I find the PIP affects my workouts, when my wife pins my glutes theres no problem no pain, shit sometimes I dont even realize she pinned me yet so thats why I prefer her to do it. Anyhow its been fine and shes cool with it so why not?
I pin with 1 1/2 , 23g. 1ml of test e 300.
Ya know what Im starting to lead towards the idea that maybe we used the 1" needle in the glutes by mistake which caused it to not go far enough.
