I am 99% sure where you are going wrong cos I was doing the exact same thing as you, you have very similar body and stats to me.
Too much volume, eating too little, not resting enough, stressing your body and sending cortisol through the roof....last thing your body will do is lose fat and when you do get down to single digit body fat you basically will look so skinny and have so little muscle left that it just doesn't look good.
Like I said I know EXACTLY what your doing wrong and your mindset right now its actually spooky!
