    Ok, I'm 100% natural... not even taking over the counter sups, and about to start my first ever cycle at 31 yrs old. I want to keep it simple because I'm not trying to be all fancy and over think shit. I'm gonna run a 12 wk cycle of Test-E, EQ, Anavar. Below i have liated my cycle as well as my diet. my goal is to drop some fat/water, while putting on some quality muscle. may sound counter productive to you guys, but I've been able to do this naturally since I was 18. I'm mot trying to be the next Ronnie Coleman. Just wanna put on a little more than what I do naturally. Right now i eat EVERYTHING (no filter), and i don't do cardio. Below I've attached a pic of me taken today. Ive also attached what my cycle, and diet will look like. Also, cardio will be added 4x/wk. I'm open for any knowledgeable suggestions. Thanks family

    *CYCLE* (I'm gonna need some help on PCT)

    WEEK 1: 250MG TEST-E ,300EQ
    WEEK 2: 500MG TEST-E ,600MG EQ, 20mg ANAVAR
    WEEK 3: 500MG TEST-E 600MG EQ, 20MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 4: 500MG TEST-E,600MG EQ, 20MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 5: 500MG TEST-E, 600MG EQ, 40MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 6: 500MG TEST-E, 600MG EQ, 40MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 7: 500MG TEST-E, 600MG EQ, 40MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 8: 500MG TEST-E, 600MG EQ, 60MG ANAVAR
    WEEK 9: 500MG TEST-E, 600MG EQ, 60MG ANAVAR
    WEEK10: 500MG TEST-E, 300MG EQ, 40MG ANAVAR

    *INJECTIONS WILL BE MONDAY AND FRIDAY FROM WEEK 2 AND ON
    *ANAVAR WILL BE SPLIT INTO 2 DOSES EVERY DAY



    *DIET*

    Meal 1. 10 oz of Steak - 1 cup oats 2 slices of Ezekiel + 2 tbl of natural peanut butter sugar free jelly med banana

    Meal 2
    10oz chicken breast grilled
    10oz Red Potato or 2 cups white rice

    Meal 3
    10 oz of chicken breast grilled
    1oz almonds (no carb meal just fats)

    Meal 4
    10 oz lean Turkey ,bison or 95% lean ground beef
    60 carbs from Quinoa Pasta or 4 slices ezekiel bread
    1 cup of green veggies

    Meal 5
    8oz oz Chicken or Fish high fat meal
    Large Salad 1 table spoon olive oil and red wine vinegar, tomatoes onions cucumbers, half avocado

    Meal 6
    60 grams of slow digesting protein or 2 cups of Muscle Egg whites

    Meal 7
    PWO shake. 60g protein shake no carbs

    Hey buddy!

    If its your first cycle only thing you need is test, no other compounds should be there, to slowly adding compounds will tell you which works for you best and which gives you biggest sides!

    1-12 test 500mg/week
    1-until PCT run AI and HCG

    PCT

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Go with what gaspaco said, that's your first cycle. You will make some great gains with that. 1st cycle keep it simple.

    One question, why aren't u taking carbs postworkout? IMO thats a waste of the anabolic window post-training, when the cells are more receptive to take glucose and aminoacids to restore the muscle glycogen. If u don't do that the muscle cells will be depleted of glycogen and the water inside them will came out making u look flat after the pump is gone

    You could do test only, but I always do eq during the offseason. I would def drop the anavar.

    why would you do cardio four times a week, you arent attempting to become an endurance athlete at this weight?

    My cardio consist of 30 min of walking on the treadmill, or the bike.
    Just trying to stay as lean as I can. I may drop it to 3x/wk

    Weightlifting is far more effective to staying lean (for your purposes). If you keep the repetitions low and the weight high you will stay lean as long as you control your excess calories. Focus on the big lifts - squats and pulls. Still i dont think it hurts at all to do 30 min walking, i thought you meant something more intensive.

    Agree with test only for your first cycle. You can always build up and add other compounds further down the line after you have a few cycles under your belt. You already look good so you should gst some good gains. Also var at that low of a dose wont do much .

    Thanks for info. I am trying to figure out why Var isn't liked more on here? After speaking to a few people with experience with it, and considering what I've read on it leads me to believe its a good choice. Especially while on Test-E. please let me know if I'm WAY off.

    Var has built a bad reputation due to all the little kids wanting to use it when they are afraid of needles. The biggest reason you are hearing test only is so that you can determine what compound is giving you any negative sides before adding any other compounds. It's the safest way to approach cycling.

    You have some great size goin, solid base no doubt. A noce test run for your first cycle and hit up nutrition to realy help fine tune your diet and you will more success than the majority. The genetics and hard work are obvious.

    Thanks a lot. Thank you all for the advice. It's I've been training for about 14 years, with a year of here and there, lol. Started this in high school (football) and sometimes get burned out. Take a week off, that leads to a month, which leads to 3 months, and before I knew it a year had passed :/
    So really i have a solid 11-12 years of training under my belt. Been back for about 2 years straight now. I just feel like I'm mentally and physically ready to take the next step. I plan on cycling for the next few years at least, so there's no rush to add more compounds as of now. So Test-E ONLY it is.
    I'll definitely be checking in more often to pick you guys brain a little, and show any progress I've made. Thanks again everyone.

    According to my calculations you take more than 400 grams of protein. Can you really eat 48 oz of meat? What are your full stats (height, weight, body fat)?

    I'm not an expert in nutrition but I think that's too much protein. Austinite recommends 1.2-1.5g of protein per LBM (lean body mass). Let's assume your body fat is 10% (probably it is more than that), the LBM will be around 210 lbs. According to this rule you will need 210 * 1.5g = 315g of protein.

    for someone his size I think 400 g of protein is fine. according to Milos Sarcev you can eat up to 2g protein per pound of body weight, however Lee Haney (8 times mr. Olympia) only consumed 1 g of protein per pound of body weight, so everyone is different. my guess for SupperMeal is 2 g per pound of body weight will be fine.

    Your body will only use what it needs (that's my understanding). There are some health risks with consuming too much protein but I'm not sure there is enough difference between 1.5g and 2g to create an issue.

    Blood work scheduled for this up coming Monday. I read that link from top to bottom. Great info in there. My diet will be pretty damn solid. I actually sat down with a friend of mine (IFBB Pro) and tweaked the diet that I posted just a little bit. The best thing about all of this is that I have NO EXPECTATIONS whatsoever!!!
    This will be my first run at this but I've been around it for most of my training life, so my goals are realistic. My training may become more intense, if that's what gear allows you to do. But my mindset will be the same, and I'm going to continue to bust my ass. I'll post updates for sure.
