Hi guys, been reading through the forum for a couple years and deciding whether or not I'm ready to cycle and decided that it's time to take the plunge.
I was planning on running Test prop 150mg EOD for 8 weeks, Adex at .25 ED depending on the bloating and a PCT of Nolva at 40/20/20/20 starting 3 days after last jab.
My stats are:
Age: 25
Weight: 180lbs
Lifting experience: 3 years serious, but i started when i was 18 to get "Huge" as most guys do haha!
My diet has been consistent for the last 2 months and believe it is best suited for a lean bulk with this cycle.
Meal 1: 150g beef, 30g almonds and a banana
Meal 2: 180g tuna, cup and a half of pasta, 30g spinach leaves
Meal 3: 150g Chicken breast, 50g sweet potato, cup of broccoli
Meal 4: 2 wholemeal wraps with turkey, chicken, olives, sun-dried tomato, spinach and cottage cheese
Meal 5: 150g Beef, 50g sweet potatoe, cup of broccoli
Meal 6: 250g cottage cheese, 30g almonds
Didn't state the post WO shake which is 30g Protein and 50g carbs.
My goal of this cycle is put on roughly 12-15lbs of lean muscle.. Would the dose of Prop be suffice with the diet to achieve this or is the dosage too high? I don't mind the frequent jabs and would rather prop over cyp and eth.
