Hey guys i'm going to be 20. and yes i know of the dangers of injecting at such age.
i see that most of the guides for muscle gain and stuff uses multiple things, obviously for maximizing gains.
But my question is, what should i take for Small gains ? Yes you heard me right, i don't want like 10 lbs of gains or 15 lbs by taking a lot of stuff, reason is, i workout with many people, and i live under a very strict religius family, if people noticed how fast my gains were going they'd know i'd be injecting. and trust me, under my culture, this is like the devill's work (lol right?)
I would like to take enough to get a really good amount of gains, specially lean gains since i do focus on low body fat % but nothing extraordinary like Boston Lloyd
