    How long before results

I started a var cycle on Tuesday 10mg/ day. I've been eating +300 cal, 50p/30c/20f( carbs and fat fluctuate slightly but protein always 50%. just wondering how long it might take to feel something. I've heard 5 days or so. Is that accurate?

Couple weeks. You'll know when you're on the treadmill for 10 minutes and your shins feel like they're on fire.

When I took I noticed that after a week I started getting more vascular, 2 week I started "drying up" I guess you could call it. I really wish I had some more of it. When you are taking it, you are like "damn its not doing anything" but when you come off you know then just how much it helps you. At least in my case. Yours could be totally different.

My only " cardio" consists of tkd classes. otherwise I'm bulking so want all my energy to go towards lifting. I sure hope I can tell a difference while on it.
