Been researching AAS since I was about 17 and actually a few good members here discourage me back then when I realized it was a stupid idea at that age. Posted a thread around here back then lol.
Age: 24
Training: 7 years on and off. (60% off, but lately been training 70% of the time this year and last year)
Weight: 175lbs (lost 20lbs after 3-4 months of bad dieting and not working out due to work/school)
Height: 5'10"
Body fat: Probably around somewhere from 15-17%
12 week cycle Test Enanthate + PCT
1-12 Test E 500mg ( 2 x 250mg Monday & Thursday)
1-14 Arimidex .25mg ( Every other day)
3-12 HCG 400ius ( 2 x 200 Monday & Thursday) Would start earlier and all the way up to PCT, but only have 4000 UI of HCG
14.5-18.5 Clomid 75/50/50/50mg (Every day)
14.5-18.5 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20mg (Every day)
Diet: Will follow a strick clean bulking diet found in these forums and articles of course. Same with training 5x a week.
Blood work: has been done a little on the low side on Test levels everything else is good.
Heres a Cycle spreadsheet that I found that would be very helpful for anyone to track day by day. You can download and edit it with your relevant info.
