i'm thinking of getting a fitness monitor (for example, Fitbit® Official Site: Force, Flex, One & Zip Wireless Activity & Sleep Trackers) and app to help me manage fitness, diet, sleep, etc. and am wondering what people here have used (and if they would recommend it)!
a quick review of apps suggests that Mobile Health Care Solutions, Apps and Devices | Tactio is a pretty good app, for example.
